COVID-19 STORE POLICIES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

During this unprecedented time, Meader Supply and our team is here for you.

We have made some changes to our normal operations to better protect our team as well as you, our customers. 

We are currently offering CURBSIDE PICKUP as well as LOCAL DELIVERY and/or the option to have your order shipped through either, UPS, FEDEX or the U.S. MAIL. 

Since closing the showroom doors to foot traffic we have had to be creative in how we best assist customers in a safe manor. We have been fitting riding boots in the parking lot from a distance (not an easy feat), assisting farrier's in selecting aprons, as well as helping customers find that specific product that they really like that they can't remember the name of. Each of these scenarios has presented it's own set of risks that we are doing our best to navigate on a case by case basis. 

Our vendors are currently still working very hard to get us our products and manufacturers are working hard to keep up with the changing demand that    Covid-19 has created. At this time we are happy to say we have noticed minimal disruption to our ability to fulfill orders this includes farrier supplies, farm supplies as well as feed.

We are allowing boxes that arrive to the store from other companies to sit for 48 hours before they are handled to help prevent spreading anything that could still be on the cardboard. We are spraying all of our receiving carts down each time they are used. If we bring a cart load of supplies to your car we want you to know that those carts have also been disinfected after each use. 

We are not allowing customers, delivery drivers, or freight truck drivers in the building. This has been hard as we truly miss helping customers in person as well as catching up with our regular customers and drivers. 

In combination with the steps listed above we will be stepping up our Personal Protection Equipment. We ask that customers please stay in their vehicles while we load with feed, hay, shavings, to minimize the contact that our team encounters. We also ask that you please call us with a credit card and whenever possible do not pay with cash.

We are all in this together. We appreciate all the positive feedback we have gotten from customers as well as the community. 

We are currently running on our normal hours of operation: MON-FRI 7AM-5PM and SAT 8-4. If that should change in the coming weeks we will do our best to notify everyone. As for now we ask that you please call 603-332-3032 or text this number to confirm we are open before heading over.
